Lord of The Winter IV.

This weekend we were at the last round of Lord of The Winter. Emotionally, we had a very difficult week, so mentally it was hard for both of us to be present at the weekend. Overall, we managed to make the most of the weekend.
Nia won one run and then got the second place in the final, and Nova finished fourth in the final  after a second place in one run.
Thanks to the organising team for this fantastic series of competitions!

HO 2024

This year, it so happened that three Dancing on Fire shelties took part in the HO.
Fox and Zsolti did very well in their first international competition of their lives, and it was only a very little step to get to the finals.
Nova finished 10th in the final with a nice clear run in a very strong field.
Nia simply surpassed all our expectations, after winning the first qualification run, she get the first place in the final and won the mini category at the Hungarian Open 2024. You can see a compilation of her runs here.

Lord of The Winter III.

Once again we had a fantastic tournament organised by the RSDC.
Nia participated in category A2 for the last time, 2X J2 first place, 1X A2 first place, 1XA3 4th place, and was fastest in three races in all size categories. Video here.
Nova returned to competing after his break for this year. In A3 he qualified for the final with his lame owner in two races, finishing 10th with 1 fault.

Nia’s debut in A2

Last weekend we competed on Challange of Advent. They were opne runs, so we could challange Nia’s skills. She won the open agility, with best time from all sizes, and ran a nice Dis in open jumping.

ISAC 2023.

We finally made it to ISAC for the first time in our lives. It was a great experience, we had a great time! It was fantastic to meet Lian and Sat and see what a wonderful puppy he has become! Thank you for all your hard work and care, and for such a fun weekend, Lian! Originally, we were going to manage to get the entire “The World” litter together for this event and enter a family team, but unfortunately life intervened and Chios’ owner fell ill. We missed Aggeliki very much, but luckily a dear friend stepped in and added Csio to our little team of friends. We are extremely proud because all the Dancing on Fire dogs present made it to the Grand Final on Sunday! You can watch the ticket-runs here.
As for the results:
Team Dancing on Fire with Csio finished 3rd out of 65 teams in jumping.
Sati won the A1 bonus final and came 2nd out of over 200 dogs in the individual team jumping rankings! His runs are here.
Nia won the individual A1 agility, running the last required test for A2. Video here.
Nova earned a super 10th place in the A3 field of nearly 150 dogs to make the final, you can watch his runs here.
